1. 你现在已经在新西兰技能工作了，或者持有一份技能工作的邀请
2.你的工作经验是在长期紧缺范围内，移民局认可是否长期紧缺是需要有特殊要求的，而不是说你认为自己工作符合就可以了的，就是你刚才上面那个信里面column 3的要求，一般都是要有规定的学历或者注册资格（如医师资格认证之类的）才能被移民局认为是符合紧缺职位经验。@TA

问题: 1. 如果上述条件我都达到了，160分在新西兰技术移民里面算有优势吗？因为我看了您在网上发的资料，现在基本都要160，我担心优先录取原则下会一直都排不到我。
2. 至于雇主offer,对雇主有什么硬性条件吗？例如营业额达到多少？公司开了多久之类的？如果我自己过去弄个小公司(学生签证的形式)，然后经营一年左右，能有资格提供offer给我自己吗？

1.我专科和硕士阶段的专业完全不一致，想用专科专业在新西兰就业，请问最后移民局给我的学历打分是根据就业相关专业打分，还是按照我的就业不相关的硕士学历打分呢？NZQA给我的认证是专科Level 5,硕士Level 9
